Format: singles,doubles,singles (min 4,max 5 players)

- Each team is allowed to have 1 national player or 2 state players. ( present national or ex-national player and present state or ex-state player from 2004 ~ 2009. )
- State or national player MUST play the 1st single.

- No restriction apply to Ex-national or Ex-state player prior to 2004.
- No restriction apply to national or state level junior players, SUKMA and Muhibah Cup players.
